Our mission is to provide life style options, increase literacy, provide job employment opportunities, inspire success, present alternative career exposure and assist in renewing abused, under educated, unemployed, minds by helping them to think positively about themselves in lieu of what their circumstances may tell them. RWYS programs will teach each participant to love themselves where they are and how to start the process for improvement! Through our community-based, in school & after-school programs, we will expose participants to the beauty & fashion industry while focusing on the indirect soft skills related to the industry, i.e., exercise, healthy eating, self esteem, leadership, conflict resolution, business development and team building.
The Reap What You Sew Foundation believes whatsoever a person sows, that shall they reap. We look toward the community for its input by ways of support, while aligning ourselves with organizations that give back to the community in abundance. Our message and philosophy conveys that not all gain is intended to be material and financial, but one shall reap a harvest of success, if the seeds of hope are sown.
